I've had this problem where because both chat boxes are linked to the site that I can't seem to get the OCC to work right what I often do to alleviate this problem on some of my sites is I make a test board, it doesn't have to be active or anything but link it to that or a nother random board that you have that isn't active anymore and then the chat boxes won't try to cancel each other out
