HISTORY. Noah is the oldest son of Jossalyn (Witch) and Patrick Drake (Whitelighter). He has a younger brother, Samuel whose 4 years younger than him. He and Samuel were born and raised in California. Noah was spoilt, but his parents were careful to teach both Noah and Samuel values and common decency. Their luxurious lifestyle never affected his personality as Noah is very down to earth and enjoys life without materialistic thrills. He'd rather spend time with his friends than be pretentious and have only pretty objects to look at. At the same time, he always worked for the things he had in his life, rather than assuming his parents would cover it, leading him to be very independent, an over achiever and somewhat perfectionist - realising later in life that he was a role model to many at Magic School, which he started attending in middle school. Patrick and Jossalyn thought it best that the kids were at a gifted school for their later years.
So, Noah has grown up at Magic School, boarding there during term and visiting his family in the holidays. He has always attained a high level of grades in school, while in recent years, juggling a casual job; he's sometimes too busy for his own good. His general happy nature and extra-curricular activities, along with his best friend Aiden Summers, have led to Noah being one of the most popular guys at school. While most people get along with him, this has led to Noah and Samuel to become really close. They speak about everything to each other, and this includes everything, even details about sex with a boy/girlfriend. Their relationship is really strong and some don't quite understand it, but both can read each other really well. Noah is very protective of Samuel.
Things were going good until a demon killed his parents. He, along with his brother Samuel, were taken in by their grandfather. It was with his help that they learned how to control their powers. As they got older, they made a vow to their parents at their graves that they would find the demon who killed them and vanquish him. Noah and Samuel made it their mission to protect all magical and non magical beings from demons and other forces of evil. Noah is a bartender in a club in downtown San Francisco.
