HISTORY. issabella was born a warlock, and she inherited nothing but the abilities of power absorption and blinking from her parents. and casting spells, of course. it frustrated her to no end actually, to have no offensive abilities for her to use. and it would be fair to say that her childhood was pretty messed up, having been raised by two evil beings. she was taught to despise all that was good, and how to defeat it.
it wasn't until she was sixteen that she finally killed her first witch and obtained the power of invisibility. sure it wasn't offensive, but by then she had learned that trickery could work just fine. and she made it her personal goal to kill witches and steal their powers. isabella has taken the time to learn and just about master the fighting style of capoeira so she can actually put up a fight. she had only managed to kill off one other witch after that first one too, one who could deflect active abilities. it hadn't worked too well on her though, considering she didn't really have any. she has grown to become quite a threat, and her hunt only continues.
at some point she realized that she was just gaining more and more power, but she didn't really have anything to actually do with it. being powerful just for the sake of being powerful seemed to be pointless. shortly after her realization, she decided that she wants to become the queen of the underworld. up until recently that would have been difficult because the source hadn't been available, but now it's a new man and she has set her sights on him. she doesn't know if there had ever been a warlock as a queen of the underworld, it seemed to be for demons most of the time, but she really just doesn't give a damn. once she decides she wants something, she gets it. no matter what she must do.
